Return Instructions:
1. Send an email to returns@vertaclean.com.
Please include your order number, Name, Address and Reason for Return.
2. Follow the instructions shown to package up your product.
Note: Please return your VertaClean unit in its original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, secure the unit in a similar size box with the necessary product protection to prevent damaging the unit.
3. Ship your package back to VertaClean.
